Is there any food you actually keep down, and if so, what kinds of foods are they?
Yes, I do. My “safe foods” (ones I don’t often feel I have to purge after) are basically all low-carb + low calorie. A lot of nutrition bars and shakes, salads (if I don’t feel I ate too much or they were too naughty), some fruits, berries, light whipped cream, chicken, light soups, some cheeses (string cheese & cottage), some nuts in controlled quantities, and a lot of sugar-free things.
